Need a replacement?
If your product is defective or not what you ordered, we'll pay for you to return it to us,
and we'll send you a replacement for free.

Didn't like it?
That's okay. Send it back, and we'll send you a refund for the product price
minus a $25 restocking fee.

(If we paid to ship it to you because you qualified for free shipping, we'll deduct that
shipping cost from your refund.)

Please make sure your item is in new, unopened condition, with original packaging
and accessories.

My item is defective - but it's after two months!
